Delete your account or data

This page explains how to delete a login or a shop's data in MyanmarOne AI (MyanmarOne, MMIT Consulting Company Limited).

Staff logins

• The shop owner can switch off a staff login at any time (web app: Staff → the login → untick "Can log in"), or log out a phone (web app: Settings → Staff app (MyanmarOne AI) → Remove). It stops working at once.
• Staff can also ask us directly by e-mail (below).

Delete an owner account or a whole shop

1. Send an e-mail to [email protected] from the e-mail address of the login, with the subject Delete my account and the shop's name.
2. We confirm the request with you (to make sure it is really you), then delete the data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted, and what is kept

• Deleted: the login (name, e-mail, devices), and for a whole shop: its products, customers, orders, chats, photos and settings.
• Kept: invoices and payment records we must keep by law, for as long as the law requires.
• Even before a request, chats are deleted after 30 days and payment screenshots after 90 days.

If you bought from a shop that uses MyanmarOne AI and want your information deleted, ask the shop, or write to [email protected] with the shop's name and we will help.
